You’ll receive an email shortly after submitting your request. This email only confirms that we’ve received your request — YOU DO NOT YET HAVE A RESERVATION.
You should receive another email within 3 days, confirming the fulfillment of your request. If you don’t receive this second email after waiting at least 3 days, then please call our office at 650-359-1627 to inquire about the status of your request.
DO NOT CALL IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUBMITTING A REQUEST TO SEE WHETHER WE RECEIVED IT.
